TERMS / COMMISSIONS
I am typically scheduled out at least 6 weeks and fill my calendar on a first come / first serve basis.
I don't give quotes over the phone. All of my work is priced simply at time and material plus any applicable shipping and tax charges. Due to the individuality of each piece, I need to have specific details to provide quotes for my work.
I typically require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to secure a spot on my calendar. However, if I am more than 6 weeks out, I will take a 10% deposit and signed contract to hold your calendar spot. Any project $500 or less, I require payment in full to secure a spot on calendar.
The final balance will be due prior to shipment or at the time of delivery. If the item will be shipped, I will send photos of the completed work along with the final invoice for payment via email.
Please be assured that all of these terms and estimated completion dates will be gone over in detail prior to starting the project and will be included on the formal contract, which requires signatures from both parties.
